Enabling outside-the-home maintenance at the push of a button. The future is here.
Think of Dwellness as “Uber for outside-the-home maintenance”. The Dwellness platform allows customers to order services for their home like driveway and walkway clearing “à la carte” with a few taps of their smartphone.
When job requests are posted by customers, professional service providers search for and accept the jobs from their smartphones. Payments are handled by Dwellness so that no money changes hands. No contract, no commitment, and no gratuities. Heck, you don’t even have to be at home.
WellCrafted is a founding partner of Dwellness and was responsible for the branding, marketing materials, mobile apps, and the underlying technology that powers the platform.
Launched December 2015
The Dwellness home page emphasizes the key benefits of the platform, namely: reliability, flexibility, and convenience.
Customer mobile app
Cross-platform mobile app that allows customers to order services like driveway clearing and lawn mowing in just a few taps.
Service provider mobile app
Service providers are then able to search for and accept job requests, marking them as complete when they’ve finished.
Gain a whole lot of knowledge about your customers at the events you attend.
For a lot of big brands, events are big business. Trade shows and conferences provide a fantastic opportunity to reach out and meet existing and potential customers, but having a presence can be expensive and it can be tough to gauge the return on that investment.
Event IQ gives companies the insight to understand how valuable an event is to them. It’s a simple web application that plugs into SalesForce to link event attendees to customer data. It lets companies understand how many people they know at an event, and even the monetary value of those relationships.
WellCrafted worked with Willis Collaborative to develop Event IQ, including the app’s branding and identity.
Role Technical partner
Launched August 2015
The Event IQ dashboard lets users see at a glance how many customers (and how big they are) you’ve encountered at events you attended.
Because it plugs directly into SalesForce, Event IQ can show users exactly who was at the event and what their relationship is to you.
A complete marketing solution for real estate agents to promote themselves and their listings.
In most big cities, the real estate market is somewhat of a force of nature. It’s fierce, competitive, and realtors have to work hard to distinguish themselves from their peers. At the same time, there’s lots of technology available to realtors to augment their job, but the landscape is fragmented and the quality varies wildly.
To solve this problem, we built Listable as an end-to-end real estate marketing solution. Listable allows agents to build beautiful, detailed, listings for their properties that go well beyond telling buyers the square footage and expected annual property taxes. Listable listings tell you what’s great about the property, the neighbourhood, and the community.
In addition, Listable gives agents a personal website and an iPad app to use at open houses. It’s all focused on helping home buyers, because that’s what good realtors do.
Launched December 2014
The Listable home page introduces realtors to the complete marketing solution offered by the platform.
Once enrolled, agents are able to build beautiful, detailed listings for their properties that describe not only the property but the best parts about the surrounding neighbourhood.
The simple and intuitive interface makes it easy for agents to put together their listings with photos, floor plans, neighbourhood hotspots, and amenities.
An accompanying iPad app can be used at open houses to display the listing and collect email addresses of prospective buyers.
Realtors can use Listable to create a personal website to market themselves and their listings.

Connecting police and security agencies to qualified job candidates across Canada.
Police and security agencies use some of the most sophisticated technology in the world, except when it comes to hiring. With a rapidly increasing interest in careers and opportunities in security forces we helped create SecureHire–connecting thousands of career finders with opportunities in police and security agencies across Canada.
As a founding technical partner, we were responsible for the planning, architecture, design, and development of a robust web app that is used both by job-seeking candidates and policing agencies. Shortly after launching, we mapped out a revenue model that should see SecureHire turning a profit within the year. We also created the branding and marketing materials for the company.
Launched July 2014
Candidates are encouraged to create their free job profile to connect with policing and security agencies in Canada.
Creating a profile is broken into steps to ensure that candidates can quickly provide the minimum amount of information to be searchable by policing agencies.
Since agencies are able to perform very detailed candidate searches, users are asked to provide information about themselves in a number of categories.
